Fantastic property in a stunning location

The apartment is spacious, spotless and stylish. Everything you could need has been thought of and the location is fantastic. We swam in the pool every day, used the gym, walked across the road to the gorgeous beach for a swim in the sea and some shell collecting - the sunsets are breathtaking! There’s plenty of fun things to do within a short drive and we found the locals to be helpful and friendly. There are loads of cute geckos to see sunning themselves on the pavements and most of the times we went to see the sea we would spot dolphins cruising along the shoreline. We felt so relaxed in the apartment and can’t thank the owners enough for making our holiday truly special. I would recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Florida.

Summer break

It’s a great place to stay. Cute condo. Beautiful property. But Needs AC fix. Last five days 84+ degrees 200% humidity. Was More than miserable. Took till the third day before and Actual AC technician came to condo to address the unit outside. Which helped the situation a lot but not at all solved it. I was refunded One nights stay, of my 18 nights. So that was disappointing.

Great location, nice place, terrible customer service.

We had issues from the start. The gate code we were given did not work. We called and texted and did not get a response for over an hour. When we did I was told by the person on the phone that it was the right gate code and should work. No other code was given. Eat while someone started texting me and said they new it was urgent and would get it resolved. Never heard from them again. Luckily a resident passing by gave us their code to use. I tried the code this morning before we left it still did not work. They told us we could have early check in before lunch. We did not get in the room until after 6 because of the gate issue. I texted several times and no one responded. While we were eating the dos text me to see how clean the room was. I told them again about the fate issue. No response. The place is cute and the location os very convenient to everything. There was a carnival going on and we even had a fireworks show. But then the temperature dropped to high 40’s low 50’s and we found out the heat did not work. Texted and they said to test the breaker. Tried that and nothing. It got down to 64 in the room. They said they would help right away. We did not hear from or see anyone for over 24 hrs. They showed up as we were packing to leave and said there was nothing they could do and would have to call someone out. So we spent two nights freezing especially when we got out of the shower. So as long as you don’t have any issues your fine. But don’t hold your breath on getting help from anyone.

Great location

We were within walking distance to everything… the beach, restaurants, cvs, grocery store. It is a quiet complex with nice people. Beautiful condo with everything you need. This included beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was very clean and organized and we made it home for the week.

Relaxing location

The unit and location were excellent for what we were looking for. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The floor was very dirty with grim you could not see but after walking around barefooted for a hour you could on the bottom of your feet, after mopping it 4 times it was better but needs a serious cleaning! Our experience with gate and code for entry was another issue related to Vacasa, gate and door codes did not work (or match any codes that finally did work) The door was solved quickly with a single call to the 800 number after entering we found paperwork on the table with the a matching code to what was given over the phone. The gate code took 4 days to get resolved after 4 days of texting with a unknown number who kept telling me they were sorry for inconvenience, the 800 was no help with this code I was told to talk with the complex ( this office is only open 1-4 weekdays) not much help on a Friday night after 6) and only after I spent an hour of my time at the complex office, but they couldn’t given me the code directly it had to come from Vacasa and they were leaving messages with some one they said was local who final called me with a code that worked. Disappointed in vrbo and Vacasa all the reviews I read about having great local support, not the case on trip trip! I will say once we had a working gate code the rest of our stay was relaxed and enjoyable!
