The house itself was fine. There are a lot of small things that could be improved to make this a 4 star stay. The shower in the master and laundry room don’t work quite right. You have to hold the faucet to get any water pressure. The air vent in one of the rooms was basically falling out of the ceiling, the house desperately needs a deep clean from a reputable cleaning company, the shelves in the lower cabinets were not attached with anything so they kept falling when items were removed, and none of the bathrooms had exhaust fans. The toilets were barely clean, you can tell the floors were not mopped well and are in need of being replaced , the walls need a good wipe down, and so do the doors. We loved how family friendly the place is and it’s amazing that they provide a highchair and pack n play as we had an 8 month old with us so that made everything a lot smoother. They also provided plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags for 9 people for a week long stay.
