One block from beach! Beautiful, private and comfortable guest suite is a great choice for 1-4 people (and your small or medium dog) if you don't require a full kitchen for a shorter stay. Eat out in a variety of restaurants you can walk to and visit the beach bars and shops! Or the larger half of the bungalow which includes the kitchen is available in our listing 1608580. Fenced patio/back yard with artificial grass right out the breezeway door is great for your pet. The private entrance to the guest suite is right next to the driveway where you can park. The classic breezeway is a bright and comfortable sitting area with queen sofa-bed, chairs and a table which can serve as a laptop-friendly work area. Jalousie windows open when the weather is right for that, though the rest of the time we keep them closed and use A/C. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and adjacent bathroom which is small but completely functional. It also has an HDTV with on-air programming, Netflix and Amazon prime. With the push button combination entry door lock you don't need to worry about keys. When the double doors that lead to the front part are closed with shades drawn the breezeway is private. The bedroom and bath can be locked. We have fast reliable wifi. There is a coffee maker and a small dorm-type fridge for beverages, etc. WE ARE SMOKEFREE: We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property!

You are welcome to use the beautiful space outside your door--fenced patio and astroturf grass, surrounded by semi-tropical trees and shrubs. The front yard is a wildlife area and butterfly garden with drip irrigation and is off limits to dogs. It is separated from your back yard which IS dog friendly by a 3 foot fence which is not sufficient to contain larger dogs who might jump it. Park in the driveway. You can also do laundry with our washer and dryer which is in a recess in the corner of the bedroom.
