We provide 4 beach towels. Plus there’s a beach cart loaded with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Please do not put fish in the cooler.

FREE use of 4-Seat Golf Cart that is included in your stay (must show valid license and agree to lease terms). You can drive it to restaurants, take gear to the beach, or just cruise in the side streets of Indian Rocks Beach! The golf cart is not permitted on Gulf Boulevard or any other major roadways. Must be returned in same or better condition. Golf cart is equipped with an airtag/GPS monitoring. You may receive notifications on your phone/device.
We will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. All Indian Rocks Beach Ordinances must be followed. If we are cited due to you not following the city ordinances, we will charge the fine amount to you at your expense. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity.

Keyless entry – arrive when you like with no worries about picking up or dropping off keys.

Heated pool is not a hot tub. Water temperature will be around 82 degrees. It has a heat pump heater and does take some time to heat up if additional heating is required.

Great stay!

My family loved this place! It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever been to! Great for families! Quite a few board games that were brand new, a few books, and color books and crayons. The garage was loaded with goodies to take to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sandcastle gear, coolers). The beds were great, although firm. Nice sheets, plenty of pillows and blankets. Location was so easy to get to the beach, and very quiet. Absolutely would stay here again.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location. Super clean and was exactly as shown in pictures. The pool was so nice and cool on the hot says. I owner was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house.

Great place for family vacation.

This home was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. We loved having the golf cart to go eat or to the beach. There is also a nice park within walking distance that our toddler loved. The pool is beautiful and is the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely check it’s availability when we return to the area for future trips.

Wonderful beach vacation with family

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, along with our adult children. The location to the everything was excellent. We loved the feel of Indian Rocks Beach, as it wasn't as crowded as other beach towns we stayed at. The home had plenty of space for all of us. The golf cart was a plus helping to get us to the beach daily. Our children loved having the pool to cool off after a long day of the beach or a day of shopping. Communicating with the host was excellent they always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to go to a laid-back beach town.

Fabulous Property

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with fresh air and a lovely home. The property was exactly as promised. It was immaculate and the hosts made sure you had everything you needed. We enjoyed the pool and lanai and the golf cart was a plus. So close to the beach and we made use of the beach chairs and umbrellas provided, The near by restaurants were great! This was the best VRBO we have stayed at and look forward to coming back. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!

Perfect location, perfect vacation home

They’ve literally thought of everything you could possibly need or want while on vaca and the property is immaculate . The park (with huge playground and lots of hoop and pickle ball courts ) and beach are a few min walk, as are cool places to eat. The golf cart made it even more fun to grab ice cream and seafood / pizza. The beach itself has soft sand and the home includes everything from chairs , to sand toys , cooler , to a wagon to pull everything along . Was very easy to hang out by the pool and in the lanai playing games , or watching late night sports on tv with a mini fridge , and plenty of comfortable seating . We had Walmart delivery groceries so we could take advantage of the grill and full kitchen , which had everything you could possibly need . Will defintilty return !!!!

Awesome space

This property is located close to a variety of good local restaurants and the gorgeous beach! Short walk or golf cart ride, and you are where you want to be. The house is spacious and well maintained. Pool area and enclosed lanai are top notch. Would book again with no hesitation!

Hosts are meticulous in making sure all details are covered for a great stay at this property. Great location and the pool, lanai, and golf cart elevate this above other options in the area. Wonderful House, Great Location

We absolutely loved the house. It was incredibly clean & cozy and perfect for our family. The pool was ready to go (heated) when we arrived, which was nice because the weather was a little colder than usual. We loved the shuffle board, the fire pit, golf cart and of course the heated pool! The beach was only a few blocks away, so we could easily walk or enjoy a very quick ride on the golf cart. We tried many of the local restaurants, which were great (Slyces was awesome for pizza!). The property owner was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, which wasn’t many bc they were very thoughtful with how the property is setup. I would definitely recommend. It was wonderful!!

Great layout for two families.

The property is laid out with bedrooms on the opposite ends. It’s almost like having two places. Nice bunk room for the kids. If you don’t like really thick pillows, bring your own! Was clean. Pool was great.

Had a great stay. The house was excellent and location was great too. The golf cart made getting around easy although most was in an easy walk. The pool and screened porch areas were also great. Host was great at communicating and the house was well stocked.

Just book it

I am the type of person that agonizes about where to stay and looks at a hundred listings and then worries I picked the wrong one. If you’re one of those people then just save yourself some time and book this one. We had 4 adults and a 2, 3, 4, and 5 year old. We felt like there was something for everyone. We never even used the golf cart because we were so close to everything, but it was nice to have the option. This was the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.

Pure perfection

We had such an amazing time that we are already planning our next stay. This house was the perfect getaway. Perfect combination of quiet neighborhood and lots of options within walking distance. You can cook or you can eat out. You can stay at your own pool or head just a few short feet to the ocean. It was spotless and just as the photos showed. We didn’t want to leave but excited we get to go back.

Great Host and Fantastic Stay!

The house was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic!! Very responsive before and after our stay, and quick to reply, accommodating our requests without hesitance. The location was perfect for access to the IRB and local restaurants. Having the golf cart was a huge plus. We were happy to have the use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys. Pool water was on the cold side so was not used as much as we would have liked. Will stay again!

Amazing Property and Host

This property is beautiful, everything was clean, labeled, and they had plenty of supplies such as cooking utensils, towels, and beach necessities. We had absolutely no issues with our stay, the pool was a bit too cold to enjoy our first morning so I texted the owner, she responded within 30 minutes, and had someone out to adjust the heating settings with in a few hours. This is, hands down, the best stay Ive experienced using VRBO. 10000000/10 for us.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay that worked really well for our young family. The proximity to the beach and park was great and the rental had everything we needed to tote two kids and the available beach gear to the beach. Backyard space was awesome. Perfect for afternoon hangouts. Would definitely stay again.

Beyond our expectations!

Sometimes you see a posting online and the reality doesn't live up to the posting. That was NOT the case with this amazing home in Indian Rocks Beach! The property owners have thought of everything - including labeling kitchen drawers, providing beachgear, and, perhaps most importantly, HOOKS!!! I always feel like hooks are in short supply at rentals, hotels, etc. Not the case here! We loved the location, and definitely the use of the golf cart, which we loaded up and took to the beach and used to get ice cream nearby each evening. The pool was amazing after a hot day at the beach, and we loved the umbrella built into the pool. The outdoor shower was the nicest we've used and the screened in lanai with TV was much enjoyed. I not only want to stay here again, but I want to LIVE here. Thank you for making our first visit to IRB perfect!

Amazing Rental

For us, this was exactly what we were looking for, and more. The house was very clean and comfortable. the pool and outdoor shower were really nice. We loved the golf cart and proximity to beach and other shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and it was a great week!

Fabulous family vacation!

My family stayed in this beautiful home for a week, and it was absolutely wonderful. Lots of updates, everything was so new and clean, perfect location to everything including the beach, and the pool was AMAZING! My kids (11 and 14) practically lived in the pool for the entire week. The lanai was great for having lunch during a pool break. I'm picky, and I have zero complaints. If I have to list something to improve upon, the house could use some drawer storage in the bedrooms for unpacking clothes, but the closets were great with ample hangers and suitcase racks. Great communication with the host - everything was seamless. Thank you for a memorable family vacation! We would definitely stay here again.
