Welcome home to this beautifully designed contemporary home with breathtaking water views of the intercoastal and Gulf of Mexico. This bayfront home is located directly across the street from the white sands of Treasure Island beach.

Stunning brand-new construction, open floor plan with 1 en-suite bedroom on the second level with the remaining 3 en-suite bedrooms on third level. The chef of the family will feel right at home in the modern gourmet kitchen fitted with quartz countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances and a large island for breakfast bar seating. Main level encompasses a gorgeous top of the line open-plan kitchen; dining and living room. Living room has a 60'' tv and opens to large windows and a balcony with outdoor dining. In the backyard you'll find another dining area, pool and grill. The primary suite is complete with a beautiful balcony, soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Enjoy water views from anywhere in this stunning new home, equal attention to detail has been given to the 2 spacious upstairs guest suites each with their own balconies with views of the water. Enough parking for up to 4 cars. Home comes with an elevator for the ease of getting to each floor. Plenty of options for shopping, boating, fishing, golf, tennis and more are available in Treasure Island and nearby St. Pete Beach. Downtown St Pete is a 15 min drive, and Tampa International Airport is no more than 40 min away.

Brand new boat dock installed May of 2023. 20,000 pound dock lift available upon request with an additional security deposit. Otherwise, renters can tether their boat to the lower dock using the bumpers and cleats. Dock has seating, lights, and plumbing for the fishing cleaning station and hose to clean boat.

- This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

- Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

- A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

Excellent house with beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at Island Breeze. The house was clean and had more than enough space for our family of 6. The views on both sides of the house were beautiful. The elevator was a plus. There was beach gear and pool toys to use that were helpful. We had an issue with the hot tub heater and someone was sent immediately to remedy the situation.

Great property, but not worth the price.

First of all the house itself is gorgeous but obviously being staged to sell (it is for sale). Be prepared to source everything yourself, there were no garbage bags, no detergent, paper towels, not even salt and pepper. The pool was confusing to operate and no instructions were provided (they were supposed to be in the garage but weren't), and we had to create a false emergency to get the attention of the property managers. We have stayed at several high end VRBO's in the past and they all have been fabulous and well appointed for the basics to enjoy a stay. Great place, but I would look elsewhere.
