Disappointed the hotel allowed parents of teen sport teams to take over the entire lobby drinking beer and making a lot of noise past 11 pm on several nights. Additionally, large groups of teens were running and yelling in the halls, parking lot and pool area at all hours. We were unable to utilize any of these areas due to the ruckus. Honestly expected some refund but hotel didn’t seem to care. Also hot tub was broken for entire week.

I felt it was extreme to advertise the hotel as being pet friendly but to be required to take the pet with me every time I left the room which is what was presented upon check-in. We had this room booked for three nights but ended up checking out the following morning forvthat reason aince in most beaches dogs are not allowed. The staff member was friendly after I spoke to her and she gave me several other options for pet friendly areas where I could take the dog - it just did not seem as advertised to be a pet friendly hotel. Additionally there was a dirty sock left in the room from the former guest with potato chip crumbs and the jacuzzi was not in working. Breakfast was very good and well stocked.
