HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and we are happy to be welcoming back guests! The beaches are open and fully accessible as well as most of all restaurants and shops! . There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. We are hopeful that they will be open soon! The pool is now open!!
Until further notice, the elevator is currently under construction and not operational at this time. However, repairs are underway and are hoping to be up and running soon!

Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.
