Live the Florida dream at this gorgeous beachside house in desirable Redington Shores! Monthly rent of $16,500 includes internet and all utilities. This house was built in 2020 and is steps away from the beach. You can sit on the third floor balcony and enjoy the ocean view and breeze - the glass sliders fully retract to open to the patio. If the mood suits you, you can simply go downstairs (by elevator or stairway), pick up your beach chairs from the garage and put them in the wagon with the rest of your beach gear. Within a few minutes and a few steps, your toes will touch the sand. You can stay at the beach for 10 minutes or all day. The property is also near a park with picnic tables. The house is over 2600 square feet, 4 bedroom, 3 bath tri-level home with elevator - sleeps 9. Open concept kitchen/living/dining room with vaulted ceilings, expansive Florida beach view with modern furnishings. The kitchen includes Viking appliances. Internet and Wifi throughout the home for work from home or streaming & 4 TVs with ROKU. Fully furnished with everything you need including washer/dryer, linens, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and bicycles to borrow. No smoking and no pets please.
