Great house

The house is great for a group. It was well stocked with anything we needed. It has four large bedrooms each with their own full bath. It was only a three minute walk to the beach. Th owner and housing manager were great to work with.

Short walk to beach

House was only a few blocks to the beach! Close to trolley stop so we rose that to John’s Pass Village and the Seafood Festival. Kitchen has all you need to make meals to enjoy at “home” or many good restaurants close by, ice cream is an easy walk as are some shops. Pickleball courts about a mile away on 15th street.

Amazing!!

This is definitely the spot to stay! Very short walk right onto the beach-they provided umbrellas, chairs & coolers. Easy walk to restaurants, bars & shopping! We each had our own bedroom & bathrooms! Beautiful home-we will be back!

Nice stay in IRB

Our family of 8 enjoyed our week at this rental. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. House was clean and owners were very nice and accommodating to us. I would stay here again. Beach is easy 4 minute walk. IRB is a cute area and quiet.

No washer and dryer

We were not able to access the home for more than an hour due to the code not working. Additionally, the owners had the wrong contact number listed in VRBO (and admitted that). There was no washer/dryer in the home and they knew this, but did not tell us. They knew we were coming (even though when I asked if the home was ok after the recent hurricanes, I was told yes, however, "we might want to reconsider" coming by the only contact listed for this property). Once we arrived, we asked the property manager where the washer/dryer was, and he also was unaware that they had been removed.The constant communication with one of the owners, Sherrill, continued to break down. They offered us the option of using the W/D in the adjacent unit throughout the visit, however, it eventually became that we could only use it through Thanksgiving morning (we were not due to check-out until Sunday) as they decided to rent out the adjacent unit and wanted them to "have their privacy", knowing this was creating a huge inconvenience for us.They knew they were in the wrong and (without my request) gave us a 100 refund and sent flowers with an apology note. The owners collected 3,000 from us for our stay. They made it miserable for us with the constant changes in when we could wash/dry our clothes. This was our family's Thanksgiving vacation. In my opinion, they violated their contract with us by not providing a home as shown in photos. I have screenshot proof of all stated here.

Just lovely

Such a perfect stay. Excellent location, really clean, so many thoughtful amenities, perfect for families (everyone gets their own bedroom/bathroom!!) close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Wonderful hosts. Will definitely be back

Excellent Vacation Spot

Highly recommend this house for your next vacation rental. I rented this home to host my family visiting from out of state. Everything was amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. We loved the main floor layout because it was great for the family to gather and hangout. Customer service was absolutely AMAZING! Definitely plan to rent this home again in the future.

Great Place

Very clean and updated. Loved the layout with each room having its own bathroom. Huge kitchen well appointed. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet at end of street next to canal. Lots of amenities. Responsive hosts.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time! The place is vey spacious, clean and well stocked! This is our third year here and totally enjoy our time there. Very easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Property is immaculate,Spacious minutes away from the Beach,home comes with anything you can imagine for the beach,fishing or water fun... We were Suprise that there wasn't TV's in the bedrooms and on the main floor No Privcy blinds on the windows.. but other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay

Vacation gem!

Our family and another family spent the week of Thanksgiving at the Beach and the Beach. We had an amazing time! The place was just as advertised. We love the fact it had two master bedrooms which made it sharing with another family ideal for our stay. Place was in great shape, clean, and had all the extras that really made our stay memorable. Little things like fishing poles and boogie boards along with beach towels and washer and dryer. Location is in a good place. 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Can walk up and down beach for miles as well as up and down Gulf Blvd which is a main street with local shops (ice cream, etc.). Communication was great with Steve and Sherral. Checkin and checkout was easy and I reached out to them a couple times during my stay and they replied right away. Overall, couldn’t have been a better place and experience. Looking for to coming back! Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is nice when traveling with another family. Kitchen was beautiful and all the necessities available for cooking. They provided beach chairs, towels, cart, only thing needed is canopy. It is about a 8 min walk to the beach. The property manager was responsive and property owner checked in via msg during our stay.

Beautiful property with more activities than we had time to enjoy!

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property or the owners! Communication was so fast and effective, every question I had was answered before arrival. Check in was a very easy process and we were immediately in awe of the property, the inside of the house and everything there was to offer. The house was clean and had everything we could of ask for and more from kitchen supplies, beach supplies, indoor/outdoor activities and more! I keep using the word “more” because I truly feel like we didn’t have enough time to get to enjoy everything you all have to offer! I have already sent pictures and recommendations to other family members and we will without a doubt love to return to this exact property for vacation! I was a huge fan of the open concept of the first floor and the fact that each person had their own bathroom in their bedroom was a super convenient added bonus. Thank you Steve for the lunch recommendation, the Cuban at kooky coconut really was amazing! Thank you all a million times over for making sure our family had a fabulous vacation!

Beauty & the Beach has everything you need for a beach vacation, which was especially important when traveling by airplane like we did so we didn't have to pack anything extra. There were 6 of us total, including our 2 year old, and we all enjoyed having our own bathroom attached to each of our bedrooms in addition to the shared half-bath on the main floor. We only needed to use a pack & play for our son to sleep in, but there were plenty of other baby gear options available for the younger kids too which meant 1 less thing to check in for baggage. This was our first VRBO experience & we were very pleased with everything. The listed description set us up with confidence & all our expectations were matched. We will likely stay again if in the area again!

Wonderful home and location to stay. House was very comfortable and loaded with all necessary items from cooking to recreation. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk, very convenient for all ages and located on a white sand beaches. Bikes need a bit of work but other than that things were wonderful!

Hidden Gem

Book this place! The owners are super easy to work with and respond very quickly (before, during and after the trip). The layout and location is ideal. It’s very nice (short) walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood and the few neighbors we saw were friendly. The beach was beautiful (even during red tide of which we saw none). The house itself is super clean, they had everything we needed and more. It is very well kept, every detail from the super comfortable beds to the high end appliances. They even arranged for dolphins to swim by their dock (wink wink)! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone but especially to those traveling with family / friends!

Steve and Sharrell were great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had. The home is so well stocked both in the kitchen and all the outdoor/beach gear. The home is very nice and looks just like the pictures.

Great for a working Vacation

Property was furnished with everything you can imagine. It was fabulous. The walk to the beach was not far and the shores are breathtaking as expected. The hosts were amazingly attentive, available and courteous and I think its a great place if you want to bring a family on vacation or with you while you work remote! Home was great for entertaining, proximity and essentials! We were expecting a more quaint area with less traffic but have never been to this area. My only real recommendation is that the bed frame in Master does'nt move when you're sleeping because nobody sleeps still. We ended up trying other suites to get a good nights rest. Curtains would be a great asset to block out light or provide privacy. It kind of felt like living in a fish bowl lol. Lastly, we would have like to be notified there was construction right out front. It kind of ruined the 'view' that was shown on photos. We are certainly not trying to be negative because it was a wonderful rental from great hosts! Just thought it would be good for ya'll to know. Thanks for having us! Blessings

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom/bathroom & we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and patios were perfect for everyone to join for some family fun or to find a place to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, and lots of containers to store leftovers for the next day. Tons of beach accessories, including comfortable, reclining chairs to relax to the sounds of the ocean. We used the provided kayaks, and everyone was excited to see dolphins swimming next to the dock! The owners are wonderful - very attentive and informative. We appreciate them providing this beautiful home for so many to enjoy! If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again - loved it!

Everything you need and more.

Rarely do you find property that has separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but this is it! All four bedrooms were able to give adult children privacy and space. Alot of activities/games provided as well as the kitchen is the most well stocked, I have ever seen in a rental property. The owners are responsive and answer all questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again. Thank you Steve and Sherrall.
