The recently remodeled condo offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people and a beautiful open space setting.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and his own master bathroom; in the second bedroom there is a queen bed , perfect accommodation for 2 couples or families.
In the newly renovated kitchen, you find a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, nespresso machine and more, new granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, a new washer, and a new dryer.
The large, heated swimming pool is the highlight of the complex, together with a gym and a clubhouse - and you can have access all day long.
Parking is also free inside the complex.

Another great family vacation at the Avalon

Beautifully renovated and with a wonderful amount of space for the family. The kids felt right at home. Pool was heated along with the great warm weather accompanying it. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect! Had everything we needed. The location is not a bad drive to the beach at all. If your looking for a less crowded area than Clearwater Beach, I suggest taking a right out of the complex and heading towards Morgan Park Beach. The pool was nice. It was well used (aka crowded), by young and old. Everyone was nice and a good way to get to know other vacationers and residents. We enjoyed our stay!

This property is very well maintained and lovely! The host Diana is top notch with communication. Lovely property grounds and you can tell the owners truly care for their homes. The gym is small but has the necessities and No issues getting on equipment. Others families staying in the complex were kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend for your stay when in Clearwater. The only recommendation would be if you plan to go during spring break consider the amount of traffic to/from Clearwater beach. While it’s only a few miles away, the traffic makes it quite a bit longer. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything about the property exceeded expecations and Diana was kind and easy to work with. The pool was great as was the closeness to Bayview Ballpark and Clearwater beaches. We would not hesitate to book again!

Our Condo unit was impeccable and delightfully decorated. Exceeding our expectations. Amenities at the resort to make our stay fun --- the lovely pool -- close to the beach and close to many other areas of interest. Our only regret is that our month flew by and need to wait another year to return.

Very nice and clean place!!

We had a great time in Clearwater! The condo was easy to find, easy to access and such a welcome escape from a hotel room! We all had our own space, it was beautifully decorated, easy walk to the pool, and a wonderful farmers market right across the street 😊

Excellent stay

This was a great experience from start To finish- everything was as promised. Location was central to all and Abe’s restaurant out front was also good place to eat. Everything we could want was provided and Diana And Tudor we’re very prompt to answer and questions but at the same time gave us complete privacy to enjoy our stay . Safe gated community with nice people gathering daily around the pool . There is a school next door where children are quite noisy as they enthusiastically learn outdoor lessons, but we tuned it out easily. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Beautiful condo with special attention to the details that made our stay exceptional

The condo met all of our requirements. The photos were true to what we found upon check in. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with every kitchen appliance or dish that you could possibly need. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels. This made our beach vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
