Holiday Inn DO BETTER!!

Thia hotel needs some maintenance done. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 worked and it actually quit for several hours! Parking was also horri ble. They also need to enforce the NO SMOKING in this hotel!! It Reeked of marijuana. Real nice guys for all the families there with their kids for a Monster Truck show.

Interesting

The staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this hotel. We reserved a king size room and was given a single queen. The heater blew out only cold air. The toilet ran all day and night. The shower flooded the whole bathroom and entry way. We never could find the parking garage.

MEPS Stay

If it were not for the Restaurant & Bar Staff and their AMAZING customer service, this place would not get negative stars. Place is in the middle of a large construction zone, you have to park 2 blocks away and WALK to the hotel. It's completely rundown and in need of a major overhaul. Rooms and equipment are hanging on by a thread. Front desk staff are just there for a paycheck, and it shows.

All I can say is ROACHES. I woke up every morning to roaches crawling around in the bathroom sink. There was also NO PARKING on site, and I had to walk 10 minutes (driving around for an hour in search of a lot on a Saturday night), in the freezing cold to park my car and pay $40 to a private lot far away.
