Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet-friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

The house was tastefully furnished and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed very new. There were plenty of places for our family of four to hang out. We appreciated having 3 king sized beds and 2 full and 2 half baths.

Garage parking was great, beds were very comfortable, spacious kitchen, overall very clean. Kitchen could use more utensils, bowls, baking sheets, etc. The Keurig machine seemed to be clogged. It took several attempts to make a cup of coffee. Batteries need to replaced in auto-trashcan in kitchen. Closet space was great! Could use more mirrors in the house with all the natural lighting from the windows. Window blinds were great, one of the bedrooms had blinds and would have preferred to have shades to keep light out each morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend your properties to others.

Our stay in St. Louis was even better because of the location of the house we rented. It was a beautiful home that was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe walking to excellent restaurants in the area. Plus, it is close by to many of the local tourists attractions including the zoo and The Arch. My family would stay there again.

Nice & spacious. We will definitely return when we come back to St. Louis. Beds were comfortable. 2 family rooms with seating and large tvs. Garage parking was great. Easy access to the highway. In a safe neighborhood. The only negative was dirty floors that turned your socks black. I texted the company and they sent someone out the next day to mop. Quick response time.
