OMG the pictures look nice but trust me, deceptive. Yes you can see Main Street and the river from your room but the balcony is on the 2nd floor, your room is on the 3rd.The balcony cushions were dirty; no hangers or soap for dishes; the picture doesn't show the window air conditioner that had a clean filter light on. I cleaned the filter best I could but the light stayed on. A couple of days later I noticed 2 dryer sheets inside...maybe to make it smell better. It sounded like a truck was outside but it was the a/c that kept kicking on. Plus little bugs could get inside since the a/c only had the plastic slides to widen it to window width. The Dryer vent wasn't connected to the outside (it had been taped shut with painters tape that came undone). And on day 7 after a storm, the ceiling next to the bed was dripping water. I finally called to get out of there.I have another whole story about the outside where the entry from the back had steps falling apart and peeling railings. yuk
