It's over a restaurant bar so they noise was loud. It feels like just being in your bedroom as that is exactly what it is. It's more for solo personal travel and not for business. Nice little room and place if you're stopping in Nfld.

The location is great but the room we had was right outside the Duke of Duckworth which was super loud overnight. Other rooms had better views and reduced noise as they weren’t at the entrance of the bar next door.

Nice downtown location but our room was above the stairs for the dining room and directly opposite the duck at Duckworth bar and the people came out for smoking and we could hear everything.

The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations so it's hard to say what future travelers will experience but we found the best thing about this place is the location. It is pretty good value for the money, but the location is about all it has going for it right now.

Our room was on the top floor and the staff helped us with our cases. Thank you! It was a great price and location. Close to restaurants. We were able to park on the street in front of the hotel so that was great. Just have to be careful to pay again at 8am.
