"Nice room, super clean. The location is fantastic, just perfect in the centre. Staff lovely and very friendly."

"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"We were a little nervous as no staff in on a sunday. Did not receive an email, before hand like we did before the last stay, but using the information from previous email, we were able to enter the hotel, and the key for our room was in the key safe,"

"Very central hotel with parking only a couple minutes walk to the city centre. Friendly and helpful stay, lobby and breakfast room very nice, good quality breakfast. We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "
