The room was gloomy and not clean. There was a lot of wall stains, and a musty smell. We didn’t complain while there because we didn’t spend much time in the room, and had already had a bad interaction with the guy working the office. We traveled all the way from Massachusetts… and unfortunately our flight was delayed, and the flight time kept changing. I called the hotel and informed them of this, the guy said it was fine. Mind you our stay was completely paid for already in full… so if anything we were out money because we paid for a night we didn’t end up needing, the hotel missed out on nothing because it was already paid for.. When we arrived Saturday morning at 4 am after traveling all day and night with no sleep I went to check in. The guy was rude and said we’re lucky he’s even giving us our room because he put us in as a no show… I was like I already called and told you our flight was delayed… and he said yes but you said you would be getting in super late, I said no I said super early as In Saturday, he then repeated we were listed as a no show and we’re lucky we’re getting our room… I then said well I’m sorry but I can’t control the plane, and he got really rude and said did I say that? It was a super uncomfortable interaction. I staid quiet because I was afraid we’d have no where to stay and we were already exhausted and on the other side of the country. I will say there was a different guy working when we checked out, and he was extremely pleasant.

Traffic noise was much worse than expected. The toilet did not completely flush without holding the handle down and flushing multiple times.

It was disappointing. No breakfast as advertised. Pool was locked and closed when other pools at other hotels close by were open. Door had gaps in it.

ok stay

Location: excellent location! close to the shopping, food, and not far away from snow canyon
The hotel didn't look like much on the outside. The inside was better though. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was big and hot tub was nice. Good stay for the price.

I would not stay here :(

When I checked in, the front desk receptionist was not very friendly. I got my key and when I went into the room I was disgusted. The room was dirty, the floors were filthy, the furniture (including the bed) was dirty and in poor condition (holes, tears, stains), I don't think the bedding was clean, the door didn't shut properly and even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room someone had recently been smoking in the room and it smelled terrible. It was not a good situation. I packed up and left right away. I went back to the front desk and told them I was checking out. I told them about my concerns and they did offer to give me another room, but I don't believe that I got the only disgusting room and I didn't feel comfortable or safe staying at this hotel. I know it was a bargain, but Next time I will definitely pay a few extra bucks and stay somewhere that actually takes care of the property.
