Great place! Very clean and updated. The back yard was very relaxing. It was fully fenced which was great for our dog. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house is on is a very quiet, tree lined dead end. No noise and friendly people in the neighborhood which is conveniently located. Hosts bet easy to communicate with. Overall 5 stars!

Beautiful home with the most welcoming, responsive hosts. They made the stay in St. Augustine even better! The house is conveniently located close to downtown while still being located in a quiet neighborhood. Recommend this house a million times over!

Family fun in St. Augustine

This property is as lovely as the pictures showed! The location was really convenient to just about everything, downtown, Vilano beach, the outlet mall. Nothing felt too far away. The property had everything we needed, ftom the kitchen supplies to complimentary shampoo and conditioner. There are pool floats and corn hole and even chairs and umbrellas should you forget yours (which we did )! But honestly my favorite part was the amazing communication I had with the hosts. I mean really, they are so friendly and helpful, easy to talk to and care if you are enjoying yourself. 5 star hosts for sure! If you are looking for a cute place to stay that is convenient to doing a bit of everything and has a beautiful pool to relax in then look no farther!

The home is very nice. The layout is open and spacious for a large family. We really enjoyed the pool and backyard area is shaded and cool. The neighboorhood is a bit dated but quiet and location is great! The host, Danny is always checking in to make sure all is well and there for any concerns you may have during the stay. We wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Beautiful & Unique House with everything you need!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful St. Augustine home this June! The house was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, spotless, and filled with character. It had everything we needed, down to thoughtful touches like salt and pepper, which are often overlooked. All the rooms were clean and well-maintained, especially the bedding, which felt fresh and inviting. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, and even travel-sized shampoos and soaps in case you forgot your own. The pool was a highlight—tucked under lovely large trees and as clean as could be given the natural setting.Communication with the property manager was seamless and prompt. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the stay even more relaxing.One small recommendation would be to update the pool cleaning tools. The net had some holes, and the vacuum attachment did not connect properly, which made it tough for my husband (who is admittedly a bit OCD about pool cleanliness) to tidy up the bottom.We did come across a few bugs upstairs, but nothing unexpected for Florida, and there was bug spray under the kitchen sink that took care of it.The neighborhood felt safe and the location was perfect—just a short drive from the beaches and all the charm of historic St. Augustine.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!! :)

Bonding Trip

Property was amazing (especially the scenery), wasn't sure about location at 1st but it was great. On my way checking in someone was at the property and the host informed me he was the inspector 5 mins upon us checking in. Location was close to everything, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. The backyard was nothing short of amazing with the pool and sitting area and outdoor shower. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Cleanliness was not up to par, there was spider webs on light fixture above the island in kitchen and insects (fire ants and cockroach) mostly in bathroom and bedrooms. I'm taking that as its always that way because it was spray for ants, roaches and spiders under the kitchen cabinet. We couldn't place trash in bins alongside the road due to them already being full with maggots in them. I communicated that with the host and he informed me just to place them on the side of the house. Trip was still amazing, had time to bond with sisters, nieces and daughters! Thank you Danny for accommodating us!

Close to Everything

The home was beautiful and very accommodating. The location was excellent and was close by to all vacationing needs. Beach, shopping, and food were all within 10-15 minutes. We will be back!

Overall had a good experience! Communication was great with the host when the AC went out on the first night (he had it fixed in an hour), as well as when there was a concern with several carpenter ants coming from a wall in the bathroom. He asked if we would prefer to have exterminators come out that day, or the next after our departure. The house met the expectations based on pictures!

Great home

Pros: Beautiful home. Very clean and organized.Cons: could use a pool cover for all the leaves.. couldnt use the pool despite the 80* weather. Beds are harder than i prefer. Some basic seasonings in the kitchen would be nice as well.But seriously a great getaway home!

Spacious Bungalow for our group of 10!

We traveled to St. Augustin for the Nights of Lights and decided to stay here for the weekend. For a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, the layout was perfect for a group of 6 adults and 4 children. While we didn’t use the pool - it was a lovely feature to have! Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
