This beautiful ground floor three bedroom two bath condo is ideally situated just a short stroll from the private community beach access and overlooks the lush tropical lagoon surrounded heated pool. This unit has been fully updated and tastefully decorated in light coastal themed tones. The spacious living/dining combo is comfortably furnished and features a ceiling fan, smart TV, dining table and direct access to the oversized furnished patio facing the pool area. The roomy kitchen is fully stocked and supplied with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has queen, ceiling fan and TV and third bedroom has twins and ceiling fan and direct access to the front patio. Both of the fully renovated bathrooms have walk in showers. Other features include tile and wood flooring throughout, ceiling fans throughout and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Community amenities include two pools, one heated during winter, charcoal grills located by the oceanside pool and private beach access. Many dining and shopping opportunities within walking or biking distance. YMCA and county park with tennis, basketball and a dog park just minutes away. Approximately ten minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine and all of it's attractions. Three night minimum during the off season, week minimum during summer. No smoking. No pets.

Wonderful! The porch with the pool view was great and huge!! There was a ton of pool/beach gear that is in the closet with the washer/dryer. Location is great to activities and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen fully stocked. Check in and out was easy! Would absolutely stay again!!! Thanks for a great vacation!
