Loved our beach vacation!

This has been our sixth year going to Summer House and this stay was by far our best. The unit was beautiful, clean, and is extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies and house hold goods. We loved the oceanfront view and the easy access to the beach. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommended!

8th Summer vacation at Summerhouse

Although this was our 8th summer vacation at Summerhouse, this was our first one at #261. The furnishings were updated and clean. The condo had everything we needed. Last but not least the view was amazing. We plan to be back next year.

We had a wonderful long weekend trip! This condo was very clean and the A/C worked great. A few things looked like they needed to be fixed/updated but certainly nothing that would keep us from renting this unit again. :)

Cant get any closer to the beach

Super clean and comfortable condo. The views are spectacular from the patio. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. There's also a BBQ grill on patio. The beach was a very quiet and family oriented area. Also 2 pools and beach access/outdoor showers mere yards away. Complex is very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Unwind and relax with the most beautiful views of the beach and ocean 24/7! Clean, roomy condo with everything you need for a long stay. Great facilities available for tennis and pickle ball. Amazing beach view!!

Our stay was perfect for a nice & relaxing getaway! The condo is very clean, spacious, and located directly on the beach. The view could not have been better! The beautiful white beaches were not crowded and felt very private. We would definitely stay here again!
