Perfect place for our family to spend time at the beach.

Great location and good for large group

We were a group of 6 older women on a girls trip. The location was perfect.....just a few houses from the beautiful beach and short Uber ride into down town. The house is a two family home, and we rented both units. Took off a star because of a few little things.....could have used a few more chairs on the porch, the upstairs kitchen wasn't very well stocked (had to "borrow" some items from the downstairs kitchen) and the beach chairs/umbrellas have definitely seen better days. Over all though, was a good experience...beds were comfy and location was perfect.

College gals reunion

Nine ladies gathered for our long time college reunion, coming from various locations. The house suited our needs perfectly - great spaces for gathering and adequate sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. Close to the beach and restaurants was a plus for lovely walks.

Great stay right by the beach!

We had a family get together and this was a perfect place to stay right next to the beach! The walk to the beach was so easy and we really enjoyed the views the house gave us. The two floors worked out perfectly, as we could use the bottom floor for the youngest kids (one of them under 2) and didn’t have to worry about the stairs. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us to feel comfortable. There were really no negatives, only a couple minor things like some dishes were very dirty and the downstairs floor looked clean but left us with dirty feet - but it in no way hindered our stay. Honestly, we had the best time and we would absolutely stay here again!

Sea Casa - Great Location and House

Amazing location and space for a bunch of friends to get together. The location is perfect only a handful of houses from the entrance to the beach. The lookout gave us an ocean view where some beachfront houses couldn’t see the ocean because of the dunes. The house is great for a large group or large family. Two full separate living areas and tons of room. Walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants from either the beach or road. Highly recommended!

Fun weekend getaway!

The house is super cool. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach, to a coffee shop, several food establishments and ice cream shop. Also very convenient to downtown and to the amphitheater. Very roomy, and the split floor was awesome for two families with different habits. Great stay!

Fantastic Property

My family, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach house. Great roof deck, and it was beneficial to have 2 kitchens in the house; we used the upstairs one primarily for coffee and breakfast, while downstairs was for gatherings and dinner. Plenty of towels and linens were provided, even for our rather large group. We felt safe and secure here, with easy access to the beach, the bars and restaurants in the small beach community and even downtown was just a short Uber ride away. One item I would recommend for improvement, which isn't even really a drawback (we generally liked the decor / ambiance), is to decrease the decorations on countertops / tables / surfaces to improve usability as we had to move lots of it around in order to make space. Also, be weary of some loose tiles in the back patio area. Overall great time that contributed to a ton of fantastic memories, can't wait to visit again!

Night of Lights Trip

Thanksgiving with Family

The house is perfectly set up for multi family and multi age groups with 2 kitchens and 2 family rooms. everything you need to make your stay comfortable was readily available. The bedrooms vary in sizes and types of beds which gives you flexibility. Loved having the tv screen welcome message and coupons ready to use around the area. The outdoor space is small but has a grill and beach stuff.

Great location and great host

This place was great. Loved that there are actually 2 living spaces and kitchens which was great for us. The host was extremely responsive and was always very kind. Place was very clean and within walking distance to great restaurants AND the beach!!! We would definitely stay her again.

1st Visit to St. Augustine

Lovely location and we tried to not let this terrible property ruin our trip. So many things were awful. To start? It was dirty, things were broken, light bulbs burned out in ceiling fans, only 1 beach chair, downstairs smelled, no hot water in 2 bath rooms downstairs, 2 can openers neither worked, 2 butcher blocks of knives without a sharp knife in them. There are so many other things I could list, but really should get a full refund

Great Property

Home was ready when we arrived and access was easy. The home was very comfortable and everyone settled in with no problems. The beach was just steps away. Many large homes we have rented in the past have had problems keeping cool in the August Florida heat/humidity.This house had absolutely no problems keeping cool, even during the heat of the day.

Great location, ample space

The property was exactly as described. We had plenty of room to spread out. Ample parking. House is in a great location. It was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with hot water on the lower level and the property manager responded VERY promptly. I was impressed on how quickly they addressed it. I would consider staying there again.

Beach house

Sea Casa was a great Beach House for a large or small group. We found it very clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the roof top deck with only steps to the beach and a short distance to historical St Augustine. Sea Casa is close to restaurants and entertainment with a coffee shop across the street. Communication was great with our host, check-in was trouble free. We would, and hopefully will, rent again.

Fabulous Family Vacation at Sea Casa

We brought our children and their families to St. Augustine, FL and had a wonderful vacation. The rental was everything it was promised - close to the beach, right in St Augustine Beach and near several fun and excellent restaurants, and not far from historical St. Augustine. The house was great for nine adults and four children ranging from 18 months to eight years old, plus one young golden retriever puppy. My wife mentioned that she would do this again and at the same house and the same excellent hosts.

Golf trip

I would recommend this house for the "good" described below and for the high level of communication with the property manager. The good: Fantastic location. Really nice rooftop deck. Great for both sunrises and sunsets. Nice backyard hardscape area. Close to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to downtown St Augustine. The house easily accommodated the 8 of us on our yearly golf trip. The not so good: Need more glasses in both kitchens. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. Dishwashers don't really clean and upstairs fridge freezer would ice up and leak. Furniture could use a refresh.

Beautiful Beach House!

Easy to check in and out. Very clean, all amenities for our stay of 10 people. We walked right into the beach. Love the rooftop! Parking a little tight for us, but we made it work. We loved this house with plentiful space for everyone!
