Annual Family Beach Trip

Our stay was exceptional, with everything as advertised. The house was remarkably clean, and all the amenities were great. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, literally. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We look forward to staying again.

Exactly as advertised. Awesome house. Great setup for family/friends with divided living areas. The backyard was spectacular! Perfectly set up for the very large pool! Great entertaining areas outside as well with both shade and sun all day long.

Great beach stay

Nice property in a wonderful , quiet neighborhood, steps away from the beach.. Home was very clean and comfortable, back yard and pool were awesome! Nicholas , the property manager, was very helpful and professional, and made sure we had a great stay!

Family beach trip

We had an amazing stay! Butler beach is the best on the island. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and my kids loved the fire pit.

A new backyard project was nearly complete for our stay - it looks great! Large pool, new spa and public beach access a few steps from the front of the house.

Perfect cozy beach get away!

Very well stocked with everything you could need, pool is amazing , location is great and quiet . Beach is steps away and not packed ! We can’t wait to stay again!

One of the best stays I’ve had!

This is a great location for a relaxing stay! Was here with a bachelorette party and we all enjoyed the facilities (hot tub, pool, back yard, house etc). There were plenty of beach and bath towels as well as pool floaties and toys and a grill, Tupperware and dishes and k cups. We loved our stay!

Close to beach- great pool

Two houses from the boardwalk leading to beach and huge pool. Enough beds for our crew and decks with shade and sun. Loved this property!

Great house with awesome location!

We loved the house, comfy and beach casual. The pool was great for swimming after beaching all day. The home had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with dining ware!

Beautiful home near the beach

Well maintained and updated home. The backyard provided a great space for our children and the living space inside was excellent. The game room was a bonus for our kids.

Great Getaway

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beach house. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was an added bonus. The beach walkover was very close to the driveway. The beach is just beautiful. We hope to come back again.

St Augustine stay

We were a group of 11 and the house catered perfectly to all our needs. The house is great for a large group and so much fun stuff for kids! Super close to the beach, just a walk over the boardwalk. Short drive into St Augustine. Communication with hosts was excellent. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location!

Fabulous house and location. You can see the ocean from the screened in deck which I really enjoyed every morning and evening. The lay out is fresh an The property management company were great! They responded almost instantly and were friendly and professional.

Fall Break

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our group of 8. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was terrific! The best part was how well stocked the house was with everything you would ever want at the beach, floats, beach chairs and a fully stocked kitchen. We also loved the balcony with the view of the ocean. Highly reccomend, we will be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The house is perfect to spend a wonderful time with your family, this is the second time I have stayed in a house managed by the proper group (Nicholas Kiraly)and they have never disappointed me. The house is very well equipped, it has a beautiful balcony and patio With the pool they are even more beautiful, thank you very much for everything, we hope to return next year.

Great house, great location!

The property worked well for our family, particularly during a relatively cool week at the beach. The hot tub was a great feature for getting a freezing group of kids warm again! The only caution is that there is no barrier between the exterior door and the backyard pool. If you have an escape artist, make sure you keep an eye out. All in all, a great experience!

Perfect for families

Very impressed by this property. Lovely pool, hammocks and pirch swings. Putt putt and yard games, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, toys for entertaining for hours and steps to the beach access. The beach was perfect for young kids with nice tide pools, a big long beach and waves that varied for kids of all ages. The property had every amenty and was very clean. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this property.
