The staff did their best to accommodate us even though the whole resort was undergoing major renovation, which was not disclosed when I booked stay months ago (was there for 10 days). The main pool, spa, most restaurants were closed when we arrived. We were not informed before to the stay. The air conditioning was not on in the gym. The carpets in the rooms were stained, the rooms were not properly stocked, and the furniture was very worn/stained/dated. Construction was ongoing the entire time we were there. Bed was very comfortable. Not the resort experience we were hoping for. Again, the staff was very accommodating and helpful through it all.

Do not stay here! This property is run by kids. Valet friday and saturday noght when we returned had 50 cars parked every/anywhere. People got so tired of waiting they simply ledt their cars where they were. Phone in room didnt work. Called front desk (from my cell) to get towels. Was told it would be 1030pm as housekeeping is not on site. The golf carts from the check in to our condo was only available once during our 5 days stay. Its really ashame as if properly managed this could be a great property. We will NOT return.

I want to request a refund! This resort was horrible, staff unhelpful, when you complain they dont care or do anythign about it. If nothing else I want my 30 a day back for valet, I had to get my own car! It took forever to get from room to the front to even get the car. Impossible to walk with all the luggage from room to front. Room was old and dirty. Front desk people do not offer any solutions. No supervisors around to talk to. I would not recommend to anyone. Im sure tons of people missed their flights. Thank god I had a 2nd key to my car to get my own.

Great location and looks like a great golfing resort. Kinda convoluted with the front desk remodel and waiting for the golf cart ride to the room. Wish there was a map that showed our room and the other amenities.

Better luck next time?

We booked this hotel based on very positive reviews from friends and family, but did not get that same experience. We arrived at the resort later than expected and was hoping for valet parking. According to the staff they were understaffed and did not have anyone to park our car. We were told to drive back towards the entrance and park in an empty spot "just take a right at the stop sign and park". Then, my husband myself, another gentleman and his 5 year old waited with all of our stuff for over 10 minutes but no shuttle bus arrived. So we had to walk with all of our luggage 1.6 miles to the lobby and then walk to our room. When we asked staff about using the golf carts 2 separate employees said 1. the battery will overheat and die and 2. its not fast enough the shuttle bus is faster. The next morning the front desk said there was nothing they can do for us just to email. When the shuttle bus did come to take us to our car it smelled sooo bad of mold and rot. I felt very bad for the driver having to breathe that in all day as it smelled like a serious issue was happening with water damage inside possibly putting mold spores in the air.

Staff were rude and did not work to assist with anything. The facility is dated and room had damage.example Bathroom shower current barley hanging on. Sliding door to the patio would not open nor close/latch all the way. A/C unit was rattling and making other sounds. Given how staff had treated me did not even attempt to report this issues. Tried to order food to take to the room was told I had to order on door dash to then pick it up. Not worth the price to stay and will not recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Short version: Anniversary trip ruined due to poor restaurant service and cleanliness… Beetle in my martini & inattentive staff who didn’t see us enter the restaurant or offer us menus for over 30 minutes. When I asked the bar for help on ordering, I was told they didn’t speak English but would send a sever over. Room smelled like a musty tent with mold spots growing on the exhaust fan. Housekeeping never replaced towels or emptied our trash the ENTIRE 3 day stay. Loud fighting guests above us, interrupting our sleep on day two along with guests with children banging on our shared door and screaming. Same guests on day 3 loudly conversing until 2am, then allowing their children to scream and carry on at 5:30am. So for 2 nights of our 3 night stay, we slept 3 hours. Absolutely nothing was resolved by calling the front desk for help. However, the hotel did reverse my resort fee for our stay and told me their plans for the upcoming hotel renovations. Hopefully other guests will have a better time. The ONLY positive was our golf lesson. Saddlebrook may have been the cats meow back in the day but sadly, our experience was not grand nor glorious.

The valet parking situation was very inconvenient. The valets worked hard and were efficient but the space in front of the hotel was insufficient to handle so many cars. There was a number to text to order your car ahead of time but it never worked. Also, the duvet on our bed (Unit 521) had blood and urine stains. Maybe it had been washed and the stains wouldn't come out but it looked bad
