We really wanted to like it. The building is charming and conveniently located. Enjoyed the Pancake House downstairs, and parking is close by. Host responds to questions quickly. The apartment was not prepared for our arrival which was a bummer. We booked based on the reviews raving about cleanliness, so it was a bit of a let down as we were expecting a professional clean but got a dirty apartment (maybe just our experience). The cleaner did return to retrieve the blower and collect the laundry left out which was for another unit. I pointed out the food, hair, unmade beds, etc but she kindly let us know it’s clean to her standard. The host offered to have her clean it over but instead of having her spend hours to prepare the unit with us in it, I cleaned it myself and we tried to make the most of our stay and move on.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in these apartments. Excellent location! Very clean and comfortable! The parking situation was a bit frustrating. Running late for the Lion King Performance, we left our car in the empty parking lot behind the building during the play. When we returned to move the car, there was a 50.00 parking ticket on the car.

We traveled to Spokane to celebrate the engagement of our daughter. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for such an exciting event. Not only was it conveniently located downtown near Riverfront, it was literally 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. Quick tour of Gonzaga

Could have walked to Gonzaga in 20 min by river. Parking was very easy on the street and could have used several lots if necessary. A/C was super strong even in the 95degrees days. Had to turn it down. Nice problem to have.

Gonzaga Senior weekend!

This was a super awesome place to stay while visiting our senior Gonzaga student. Comfortable, all the amenities, and super comfortable beds! Easy, near-by parking options. Highly recommend!

Family friendly

Came to Spokane to explore and look around. Got this place for myself, my husband, and our toddler. Overall it was a great stay and in a perfect location! We were able to walk from the apartment to Riverfront park and to go shopping / out to eat. The only thing that I will say that was difficult, which is at no fault of the owner or even the property, but, directly below the windows in the back bedroom, there are street lamps and unfortunately they made the room rather bright at night so I’d recommend some eye covers if you are going to have that room. But other than that very minor inconvenience the apartment is great! Jake is a great host and is always available for communication if you have any issues. I highly recommend this property for your stay!

A great location to enjoy downtown Spokane

This was a wonderful location to enjoy all that downtown Spokane has to offer. We parked our car and didn't get back in until we left to head home at the end of our trip. The apartment is an easy walking distance to Riverpark square, the Davenport, Riverfront park and the preforming arts center.

Sibling visit in Spokane

Brother, SIL and I stayed here when visiting our other brother and SIL in Spokane. The apartment was great - we all had our own space, but could come together in the living room/kitchen. Very conveniently located downtown - walkable to great restaurants and shopping and the riverfront park. Recommend for a family trip. Would stay here again!

Convenient, comfortable and accommodating stay

We stayed here while attending a healthcare convention at the Grand Hotel. The place was clean with plenty of space and great accommodations as well as a prime location to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.
