This is the 2nd time I have stayed in these apartments. Excellent location! Very clean and comfortable! The parking situation was a bit frustrating. Running late for the Lion King Performance, we left our car in the empty parking lot behind the building during the play. This was a wonderful location to enjoy all that downtown Spokane has to offer. We parked our car and didn't get back in until we left to head home at the end of our trip. The apartment is an easy walking distance to Riverpark square, the Davenport, Riverfront park and the preforming arts center.

Could have walked to Gonzaga in 20 min by river. Parking was very easy on the street and could have used several lots if necessary. A/C was super strong even in the 95degrees days. Had to turn it down. Nice problem to have.

Came to Spokane to explore and look around. Got this place for myself, my husband, and our toddler. Overall it was a great stay and in a perfect location! We were able to walk from the apartment to Riverfront park and to go shopping / out to eat. The only thing that I will say that was difficult, which is at no fault of the owner or even the property, but, directly below the windows in the back bedroom, there are street lamps and unfortunately they made the room rather bright at night so I’d recommend some eye covers if you are going to have that room. But other than that very minor inconvenience the apartment is great! Jake is a great host and is always available for communication if you have any issues. I highly recommend this property for your stay!
