Cozy Cottage in Spokane

This little cottage is nestled in the beautiful and quiet Audubon-Downriver neighborhood in Northwest Spokane and is only minutes away from everything in Spokane!

This cozy 500 Sqft home has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is 1 full bathroom attached to the bedroom with a walk-in shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with standard appliances. Enjoy complimentary coffee & tea, high-speed Wifi, 2 smart TV’s, AC/Heat unit, and a washer and dryer.

**The landscaping is still being worked on as we have time in-between guests. The front and back yards do not have grass and are currently dirt with weeds. Thank you for your understanding!**

Cute little cottage in what seems like a quiet neighborhood
The cottage was exactly as described in the listing. We were so thankful to have a nice place to come back to after a few long days of baseball. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed and a nice coffee pot! Huge perk! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed- it was kind of hard, but I’m also very partial to my own bed. We will definitely be looking to book this place again next time we’re in town!

Rugby weekend getaway
Myself, my girlfriend andy teenage daughter came to Spokane for the Fool's Fest at Dwight Merkel sports complex and this house was the closest one available. Best decision to rent ever!!! So clean and just amazing. They had recently remodeled and everything they had done was just perfect. The house was stocked well and they had thought of everything. From the little details to the kitchen that had everything I needed to make a meal the night after a long day of hanging at the fields. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We sat outside and felt like we weren't on the city at all. We will most certainly be renting this again!

Volleyball tournament
Perfect place to stay and close to The Podium where we played at a volleyball tournament. Super clean, comfortable bed and sleeper sofa. Quiet neighborhood. This property has everything you need. We will be back!
