3 nights here for family trip. Charming hotel. Wonderful location in heart of Vienna near shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Speakeasy bar at hotel was cozy and lovely for a before or after dinner cocktail. Less American style and more old European but we enjoyed our stay.

It’s very convenient since it’s a 2-3 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast is average. Juice is kinda water down but good if you don’t like it to be sweet. It’s a self check-in and you make your own key cards.
