"The location is great and we had an amazing times, but it all started with bad surprises.1. This is not a house with 4 bedrooms, it's 2 separate appartments with 2 bedrooms each. The listing is not completely misleading (it says there are 2 floors connecting outside), but it's really separate appartments, one of top of each other, with separate keys, etc.2. The host will only communicate via Whatsapp (not a problem for most people, but guests should not be forced to use a privately-owned app)3. The host does not speak any English (!)4. We're told we must arrive before 9pm or there will be a penalty fee. Why???5. So we arrive at 9pm, only to find the house is not ready: dishes are not fully back in place from the dish washer.6. A lot of basic things are missing that are not acceptable: no detergent for the machines, no toilet paper (just 2 rolls, one per bathroom), just one tiny soap and a couple of shampoo samples (not much for 5 people for 5 days...), there's a coffee machine but the host cannot explain how to use it, there's a gas barbecue but no gas supply, the list goes on... (To the host credit, she did bring us some detergent the next day, but we had to make a scene to get that...)I hope the host will revise its checking procedure and make it more welcoming. It could be perfect with just a little bit more attention to the basics..."

"Very beautiful and cosy flat right in the heart of Campomarino. It’s very well decorated and equipped. Patrizia the host, is very reactive and helpful. I recommend this place with no hesitation and would definitely go back there if I come back to Puglia!"
