"I love Hilton properties. I have never encountered one like this before. When I checked in late Saturday night, I noticed a stain on the comforter. In addition to that there was hair in the shower. Sunday morning I went to the front desk and told the young this and showed pictures. I asked that my room be cleaned. She wrote my room number down and next to it put full clean. When I arrived back to my room at 5:00 pm, the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the counter told another young lady the same thing and asked for a clean comforter. The next morning when I checked out I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the General Manger was there and would be out. She was doing something at the moment. I sat there for a few minutes waiting, she never came out. No one asked what I needed. I had a flight to catch, so I decided to share here since the General Manger nor the staff cared. I would not recommend this location."

"Stayed at Homewood Suites in Southaven for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The elevator broke the first night and remained out of service for the rest of our stay, which was a major inconvenience having to constantly take the stairs with luggage and belongings. On top of that, the shower stopped working during our stay as well. What made the experience worse was the lack of helpfulness and friendliness from the staff when these issues were brought up. For the price we paid, we expected much better accommodations and customer service. Definitely not the level of experience we were hoping for."
