We sincerely apologize for the challenges which you encountered regarding the indoor pool. Due to the extremely heavy Memorial Day weekend occupancy, the indoor pool had to be opened a bit later than usual in order to bring the water quality up to acceptable standard for the maximum enjoyment of our Guests. Please contact the Front Desk who will ensure that your air conditioning issue is rectified immediately. We appreciate your constructive comments - that is the way that we can ensure that we constantly improve our facilities and services.

The unfortunate incident was addressed on the spot and the Guest was immediately upgraded to a family suite with a private deck. While we do not provide room service, our sister adjacent property, just a two minute stroll away, features complete dining and bar amenities both indoor and outdoor.
Simply walk outside to smell the salt air and watch the ocean waves from the sand beach. Lie back and work on your tan with relaxing beach amenities like umbrellas and sun loungers. After a day at the beach, enjoy amenities at Riviera Beach Resort like a seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a children's pool. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a bar/lounge, a beach bar, and a poolside bar. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. This beach hotel also offers a spa tub, a garden, and a terrace. You'll have access to the indoor pool and outdoor pool at a partner property. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This 3-star South Yarmouth hotel is smoke free.
