The beach and included chairs, umbrellas was great. The beach was clean and well maintained. The beach attendants were very helpful. I liked having food/drink available right on the beach.

Very clean, right on the beach and close to quaint downtown areas. A little pricey for September as it is too cold to utilize the pool or the beach but a lovely place to go if the weather was warmer or if the price was lower. If I came back and had to pay the same price I would come when it was hot in order to utilize all they had to offer.

Towels, towels, towels in abundant supply. With cans strategically placed to put them in when we were done. Clean beach, outside pool, and inside pool. Large room with balcony.

Indoor pool was closed, when opened it was filthy. Same with indoor hot tub. Room needed an update. A/C was inoperative. This building is opened by Red Jacket which is buying everything on the street. If i were to stay again i would recommend staying in the actual Red Jacket Resort, not one of these small ones, not worth saving a few bucks.

Due to the extremely heavy Memorial Day weekend occupancy, the indoor pool had to be opened a bit later than usual in order to bring the water quality up to acceptable standard for the maximum enjoyment of our Guests. Please contact the Front Desk who will ensure that your air conditioning issue is rectified immediately.
