Clean and Fresh!

Pros: Cleanliness and quietness
Cons: Swimming pool made functional?
Location: Lots of restaurants, miniature golf, thrift shops, drug stores, pizza places and the beach nearby.
We needed a last minute place to stay while visiting relatives on the Cape and found this 1950s vintage motel on Travelocity. Brought back fond memories from childhood for me. The price was right too. While the exterior of the motel is dated and the swimming pool non-functional, we just needed a quiet place that was comfortable and clean. The room was pleasant, good hot water shower with good water pressure, comfortable beds, a fridge and microwave, air conditioning, and although the carpet was not new, there was no unpleasant smell. We would stay here again. The owner and his family live on premises and were very pleasant. We appreciated that there was no smoking or pets allowed. The cute little diner--also vintage--across the street was very good and is apparently quite popular because there was a waitlist to get in for breakfast. We had BBQ bacon. Yummy.

Budget motel in a great area

Pros: Good location, decent price for the high season on a weekend, last minute.
Cons: I am not use to paying an extra "guest" fee when staying with mw wife and two kids. $20 was disclosed, but not appreciated.
We stayed for one quick night in July. This hotel was clean served our purpose. Staff was friendly and provided extra towels. Ice was available for our cooler. This is a pretty dated property, but if you just need a place to sleep, it works. There was an unused wall air conditioner (in addition to one that functioned) that should have been removed instead of just being taped over. Also, this and the television were plugged into the wall via a sketchy combination of extension cords and a three-prong adaptor.

Management very good

Pros: location and friendly staff
Cons: Outdoor swimming pool in disrepair
Location: great location
Real close to beach-1/2 mile east is a great place to eat: Seafood Sam's and 1/ mile west from motel is a must shopping experience: Christmas Tree Shop connected to a great shirt/sweat shirt outlet.

Just a place to pass the night

Few towels, room could use a little facelift. Bed squeaks, seem like frame broken. Tv has to be manually adjusted. Bring your own ice container if u need ice. Other than these issues the place was quiet.
