This hotel had great service. Understand what you are paying for, we just got a basic king room for an overnight sleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we did not have any issues whatsoever. It’s not the most modern and up to date, but a nice spot to rest our heads for few hours. The breakfast was awful!

The lobby was clean, staff was nice but my room had a HORRIBLE smell. It was so bad it was difficult to sleep. The comforter had several stains, the pillows stunk, bathtub was old and stained.

The carpets were very dirty and musty smelling. We found dead bed bugs between the sheets!! The breakfast was nasty and the coffee was seriously like mud and bitter!! I heard other people complaining also!

The stay overall was good. Very friendly staff. No air conditioning in the halls, lobby or breakfast area made it stuffy and warm. Room was clean but stains on the bedspread. Should have been replaced.

Not Handicapped Friendly Poor Security

Facility does not have an elevator and wanted to split up our family to accommodate the Father with ground floor room Unacceptable The back entry was broken and guest security was compromised I will no longer stay at a Choice Hotel following this trip. the room with the women and daughter did not have a locking device on the door and guest security was compromised

No towel bars in bath to dry the 2 towels per room. Bathroom floor was filthy and white shower curtain was brown on bottom. Sofa was shot, cushions down to bottom. Rooms need updating. Advertising Should state hotel has two floors but NO elevator. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.
