Solid Property

One of the few solid properties in stockton and only one downtown. The hotel is in the middle of downtown and next to the arena, they had visible security to ensure the hotel stayed accessible to guests only. Hotel has a resort feel and was very busy. It seems to host a lot of event's. Quiet overall.

4th of July Weekend

As a Stocktonian, I thought it would be nice to stay at the Waterfront to enjoy the fireworks from the courtyard. Didn't realize everyone else had the same idea. The courtyard felt more like a public park than a hotel amenity (of course, you pay a "resort" fee to enjoy this area of the property). The hall smelled of weed, guests were noisy and disruptive (but what can you really do?). Rooms: mattress needs to be replaced, no smart tv, water pressure is low, but overall cleanliness was excellent. There were issues with parking, guessing because non-guests were using the hotel parking lot. So disappointed and will not recommend or return to this hotel.
