The staff was super helpful and spoke good English so no need for Google translate. Beds were comfortable and fine for four adults. Recommended if you need a quick comfortable one night stay after visiting the castle."

They made sure the Takyubin would take our luggage to Kyoto on time for the next day, was so helpful to us! They were great! It's a shame the room and bathroom are so small, but it's a Japanese hotel, so that's how it is in this kind of hotel. Good price for what you get. "

"Close to Himeji station! I walked for my entire stay here. I loved the hotspring, and with the crowd-tracker, I was able to go during a not-busy time so I could be more comfortable and relaxed! They also provide free tattoo stickers at the front desk if you ask, so this was one of the only places I could get the onsen experience at with my tattoos :) Just make sure you cover them, you can't go in without the stickers."
