Tranquility, nature and sea lovers find their best place in the island in this modern and precious house. A simple terrace, in front of the beach, becomes in an idyllic place where to have breakfast, lunch or dinner listening to the sound of waves. There are neighbours.

In the interior, the living room, with a spectacular view over the waters, has TV-SAT and is open to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob. The laundry is provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Haus:Das Haus war super. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch sauber und modern eingerichtet. Matratzen auf der Terasse für die Mauer gab es leider nicht. Wir waren zu viert und es gab auch 4 Liegen. Das ganze Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet (Geschirr, Besteck, Sitzgelegenheiten). Der Blick aus dem grandiosen Panoramafenster ist einfach unglaublich schön!Lage:Wir hatten leider das Pech, das gerade viele Algen im Meer und auf dem Strand waren, welche recht stark rochen. Sobald der Wind im Laufe des vormittags aufkam, ging es. Das Nachbarhaus rechter Hand verfügt über Klimaanlagen, welche 24/7 liefen. Im Haus hört man das zum Glück nicht. Nur morgens, wenn es keinen Wind gibt, hört man sie leider beim Frühstück auf der Terasse.Calla Bona mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichleiten sowie der Strand von Costa del Pins sind auch fussläufig zu erreichen (ca. 20 min). Es fährt auch ein Bus.

Das Haus ist genau nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet und bestens gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Besonders gefielen uns die unmittelbare Nähe zum Mittelmeer und der sehr herzliche Kontakt zu den Eigentümern. In der Nacht hörten wir die Wellen rauschen, in denen wir gleich nach dem Aufstehen geschwommen sind. So schön haben wir im Urlaub noch nie gewohnt.
