We had a great stay — this hotel was perfect for our family vacation. The location was ideal: just a few blocks from the train and out of the bustle and hustle of downtown Boston, but still close enough to get anywhere easily. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. Highly recommend for families visiting the area!

The property was clean and in an excellent location. The problem I have is that the rates are ridiculous. I booked through Expedia and then later found less expensive rates through Trivago. The manager, Jon, would not let me receive the less expensive rate that was posted and held me to the more expensive rate. On top of that, the hotel adds many additional fees to the actual daily rate.

These suites are like 1 bedroom apartments. One drawback is the bathroom is an en suite to the bedroom so if people are staying in the LR rhey need to walk through the bedroom. Other than that it's a nice place to stay with a lot of room. The inn charges a $30 destination fee per day that is not reflected in the price. The breakfast is very good.

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The housekeeping team demonstrated exceptional reliability, ensuring the room was cleaned daily without exception. Used towels were replaced consistently, even when not left on the floor—a thoughtful touch not always observed in other establishments. This level of service is increasingly rare, as many hotels have reduced daily housekeeping in favor of sustainability or cost-saving measures. The front desk staff were always available and attentive. Requests for additional amenities, such as extra tea bags, decaf coffee, milk, and towels, were promptly fulfilled—often within minutes. This swift response is a notable contrast to the delays sometimes experienced at even high-end hotels. On rainy days, the hotel offered umbrellas for sale, a considerate gesture that added to the overall convenience. This attention to detail reflects a commitment to guest comfort beyond the basics. Breakfast Offerings The inclusion of breakfast was a valuable perk. However, the selection remained consistent throughout my stay, which, while convenient, could benefit from greater variety to enhance the dining experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member maintained a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.
