While the staff is very nice, there has been one problem after another since check in. First the elevators are not working properly, and one is completely out of order. Upon reaching my room I found dirty tissues under chair, reading light didn’t work because top outlet broken. Coasters in bathroom were disgusting and I threw them in trash immediately. Refrigerator doesn’t work properly and staff is aware it keep filling with water and doesn’t hold temperature. Poor experience even at dinner. Menu states an item short rib pizza comes with a red wine Demi glaze sauce and it did not. Came with tomato and pesto on a premade pizza crust. Haven’t been even offered late check out or free breakfast for any of the problems. Sad because this trip is for my social media review and I don’t have the greatest review to leave

Paid OVER $600 per night. Rude and loud woman at front desk. First restaurant server for first couple of nights was good, the third night (we had multiple rooms in our party), the two servers / bartenders were terrible and obviously loathed their employment. Numerous people complained about the service. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. We'll commute as far as needed in order to stay away from this hotel. It's not under the radar and there is no way this level of service is not known by management, it was across the board. Numerous guests were sharing their experiences in the evenings and they had exact same experiences we were having. This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in and they are plagued with unprofessional and overwhelmingly miserable workers. They also charged SAME members of our party different amounts for breakfast on different days. Nothing about this hotel indicated quality. The only exception was housekeeping, they were pleasant and professional. Bed was fine.
