This hotel is very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel parking is very easy. Close to restaurants, shopping and gas stations.

The room was clean and well furnished. The "suite" was not what I had expected. I expected two rooms. This was one large room with an extra couch that was not very useful. We were there 4 nights. We opted for limited service during our stay. The last two nights we got no service. Noticed there was no Gideon bible in the room.

As a Holiday Inn Express & Suites we are more of a business styled hotel and unfortunately our more standard suites aren't to much more than standard king rooms. I am so sorry to hear you were not accommodated with housekeeping services like you had asked and staff with be notified. Futhermore, Due to COVID we arent aloud to have anything in the room other than the TV remote and the IHG Clean Cards.
