We did not eat breakfast here. We did eat at surrounding restaurants which were plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. We have stayed here several times over the years and have never been disappointed by our stay

Tim was a very helpful concierge, making checking in and out effortless. The barista was also very helpful in assisting me with breakfast options. My room was exceptionally clean and had all the basic amenities you would expect.

Went during the summer and the place was packed with kids, but that was expected since the area has a water park and other water activities. We picked this hotel, because it had a restaurant, but it was closed for remodeling.

I was not happy with my stay this time. The housekeeper did not touch our room the entire stay. Trash was left over flowing. They didn’t refill our towels. I had to call down to the front desk to request towels and they made me go to the front desk to get them
