Make yourself at home on the comfortable sofa in the living room, which is well positioned for enjoying both the scenic views outdoors as well as the ambiance of the modern gas fireplace. Plenty of natural light floods in through the two-story windows, which overlook the swimming pool and ski slopes beyond. Step out onto the private balcony for a closer look, which extends the living space on warm-weather days.

Everything needed is on hand in this well-appointed condo, which boasts a full kitchen. White cabinetry and appliances keep things light and bright, and you'll find just the right amount of counterspace in this galley-style kitchen for preparing meals. Full-sized appliances make cooking easy, and a dishwasher is provided for efficient cleanup. Bring your meal into the adjacent dining area, a warm space that invites families to gather around. The dining area boasts corner booth seating with additional stools. Fuel up on the most important meal of the day before hitting the slopes or pop back in midday for an easily accessible meal.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

​​​​​​​This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
