Tucked into the dunes on the quiet north end of Topsail Island, Topsail Dunes offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, grills, and dedicated beach access. The cozy living/dining area boasts plenty of natural sunlight coming from the full-wall sliding glass door, which opens up to your private balcony with a view of the ocean. A high-top table for two is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an alfresco meal. The living area features wood floors and a comfortable seating area for up to six. The wall-mounted TV is centrally located between the living and dining areas. A bistro table for four, as well as breakfast bar seating for two, provides plenty of dining space for the whole group to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is efficiently sized and has everything the family chef will need to create everyone's favorite recipes, including a full complement of full-size appliances and generous working space. In the hall behind the kitchen is a set of built-in bunk beds, tucked cozily into an alcove. A convenient stack washer/dryer is located just outside the bath. For a perfect small-family getaway, this condo is an ideal choice!

OK Place

The location in fine, but the building and the furniture are showing their age, but then so am I. Written instruction on how to access the key to the door, the dishwasher and washer/dryer would have helped. Over all it was and OK week.

Run away from this one

Our toilet was clogged on arrival. The property manager is " so sorry ". We had to plunge the toilet for over 20 hours before it unclogged by a miracle. 48 hours before they supposedly sent someone to fix it. We never saw anyone. Dishes where crusted with food, floors were gross, beds extremely uncomfortabl and micro sized. Futon is a tiny couch with pullout foot stool. Nasty little place that no one cares about. Topsail is awesome, stay away from vacasa owned property though

Simple spot by the beach

If you're looking for an affordable place on the beach, this fits the bill perfectly. It didn't have any extra and could use a little upkeep love (a new air filter, deep cleaning of sand, some doormats, and a new bar stool) but overall, we loved it. The location is great and we spent most of our time outside anyway. We found it bug free and clean of everything but sand which is hard to achieve on the beach. We had a couple times we needed to communicate with property managers and they responded instantly and were very helpful. Communications on turtle nests nearby and impending hurricane storms were appreciated as well. Thanks for the great time!
