"Positive-Staff is EXCELLENT. Great customer service. Very responsive and willing to assist to accommodate request. Guest seem to enjoy the pool/music/picnic areas Needs Improvement-Vent appear to not have been cleaned in years. Shower floors and Jacuzzi had clumps or hair and residue from previous guests. Old furnishing and appears that last MAJOR renovation may have been in the mid 1980s. (appliances/counter tops/sinks/fixtures) Smell-overpowering stench/mold Washer and Dryer is not in-unitas advertised by outside of unit in the hallway upstairs that is shared with other occupants and are very small."
