Check in was super easy, great communication, the house was super clean. Had so many extras such as soap, lotions, paper plates, waters and so much more! Furniture was comfortable and so much space. Wish the weather had been more cooperative so we could have been outside and used the grill. Had to cut our trip short due to weather as well but would definitely recommend this property and stay here agin if we were in the area.

The host was probably the nicest and most attentive we’ve ever had with a VRBO. The house was superb, it had everything you could ever want, even things that you don’t expect to find in a rental home. Highly recommend!!!

The house was beautiful with a great space for all of us to hang out, eat, play games without being on top of each other. I had a couple of questions while we were there and Jacob answered so much faster than I would have ever expected. It was a lovely weekend!

Our stay was a great experience. The hosts thought of everything. Wireless chargers in all bedrooms were very convenient. Home had every amenity you could ask for. TV had plenty of options. The snacks were a nice touch. The kids really enjoyed them. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed there for a wedding at the Lauren Ridge venue and this location was very convenient.

Excellent!

This house was the cleanest and most well furnished property our family has ever rented. Our children and grandchildren joined us for a family weekend. We have rented numerous properties around the country over the years, and this is the first time I did not need to go out and buy or bring paper plates, cookware or utensils. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware so that we could have meals at the house. The baby gate and high chairs were much appreciated. I am somewhat of a germaphobe but had no concerns whatsoever with using the kitchen or baths without first feeling I had to do some cleaning. This house is immaculate. Thank you, Jacob, for the timely communication and for having such a well maintained and clean property.

We definitely recommend

Besides the home being exactly as described, I would just like to thank the owners for their quick response to our late night “problem” which was easily fixed. They were so considerate of what we needed and they have a little of everything you could possibly need in their home. If we ever needed to visit S Dakota again I would love to stay there again! Neighborhood is very family oriented and we felt safe which is always half the worry when renting sight unseen! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Venue extraordinaire

This property goes all out! 4 spacious King size bedrooms-3 bath. Everything was clean upon checkin and Host went the extra mile in all areas of correspondence. Kitchen was one of the best equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Had two little ones with and they even had their own kiddie plates and utensils, plus everything else to give our grandkids a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this host and the property

Wonderful experience

Great home with an open floor plan both upstairs and down. Everything seemed so new and fresh. All the beds are king suzed which is hard to find. Owners did a wonderful job providing us will baby items for our littlest one. Everything we needed was there.

Family Get Together was amazing

Property was amazing. Clean, new, comfortable king size beds, plenty of parking. Used the grills and worked great. Roasted marshmallows on the propane fire "pit" from really comfortable outside deck chairs. They had everything for a baby- crib, sheets, blankets, baby bath tub, baby soap, playmat, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
