Very thorough cleanining, even daily changing of towels. Full kitchen amenities provided. Two groceries located within 30second and 3 minute walking distance. Conveniently located on Billy Folly Road, a side street off Welfare Road, a main thoroughfare of Simpson Bay area with numerous food, drink and entertainment options starting from opposite the hotel along Billy Folly Road to Welfare Road. Reasonably priced for the location and amenities.
