Rude check-in agent!

The lady with the red hair who checked us in was very rude and disrespectful. Her tone to us and another guests who was checking in after us was very unkind. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she needs to learn to leave that attitude in the back room especially if she is going to be the first impression of the hotel. The other receptionist on the other hand was a gem and a breath of fresh air! - July 2025
