Three guests, paid extra for third. Messaged reminder to hotel that we needed couch bed to have bedding. Arrival= no bedding or pillows and one towel and one shower gel for three people. Absolutely disappointing, requested bedding and pillows three times. Finally ONLY sheets show up. No blanket or pillows. Go all the way down a big long ramp to request again. To be told will send. Never came. 4th time said hotel doesn’t have any???? Most ridiculous hotel, next to zero service, no cleaning nor trash collection, dishwasher with no soap. Just an overall disappointing place. Stay somewhere else!!! Pillows never came nor a blanket.

The property was clean and the amenities were good. The view is truly top-tier. However, the check-in process was not smooth. We had to wait an additional hour and a half for the room to be ready, which was frustrating after a long travel day. Additionally, the room did not have bath towels upon arrival, and resolving this issue took another considerable amount of time.

Good amenities but bed sheets and drapes were soiled. Apartment was not "spacious" as advertised-very small, no room to even open my suitcases. Front desk service could have been better, elevator key did not work and when I got to my door, one of the 2 keys did not work. Garbage disposal was hard to locate, no information given by the front desk staff and they never answered the phone or WhatsApp numbers provided.

The staff was absolutely amazing, thanks to Elston (E) for being very hospitable and reliable. The decor of the unit was beautiful and the view is top tier. I will be visiting again. My only takeaway is that the access to and from the building. The hill is very steep making hard to walk down and near to impossible to walk up. Most taxis were afraid of driving up and the free shuttle up wasn’t always available due to the staff making rounds up and down to accommodate other guests. A stairs from the top of the hill going down would’ve made the experience 10/10. Overall the stay was amazing, my experience is a 9/10.

Terrible terrible place to stay. Very unorganized. After a long day of travel, our room was not ready until 730 at night. And the only reason that we got into our room is because we had to keep going into the office to beg for our room. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Overall we had a great stay at the Hills. We would stay again. Location was perfect, the apartment size and layout was a perfect fit for us (+ on site parking!) great that there was a coffee shop in the shopping arcade below and a great patisserie less than 500m from the apartment. Condition of the unit was practically brand new!

The property grounds itself is very nice, very clean, and it’s convenient to all the local bars & restaurants. The Hills residence staff were amazing. Now the cons… When we first arrived they had no clean towels to provide us with, which seem to be an issue the entire stay. My shower had a malfunction that I mentioned on the first day I arrived but no one came to fix it. The shower water gets cold fast so you have to shower quickly. My bed frame was broken, every time we laid down it felt like the bed was going to fall to ground. I also mentioned that to them and it was never fixed. There was a stain on the mattress cover and instead of them changing it they tucked it under the mattress so we couldn’t see it. The kitchen came with supplies to cook but no eating or serving utensils. Lastly the entire room smelled like mildew the whole stay.

There were no drapes, no kitchen amenities ( toaster, microwave, garbage cans). The concerige brought towels and garbage bags but we didn't have a lot of the essentials. Full kitchen but couldn't make full use of it. Great location and nice view but we had to make do with what we had. We asked multiple times for garbage cans and we never received them.

The staff was polite during check-in and the hotel is located on the main strip with a 24 hour restaurant maybe a half kilometer away. I checked out a day early and they offered me a discount on a future stay. The one thing that I didn't like was the walk up the hill to the other buildings.

I saw this property during my last vacation to St. Maarten and knew I wanted to stay here my next visit. The property is beautiful but I did have a few issues. Upon entering the unit there were urine stains on the toilet and a weird old like smell. The second day there our toilet got backed up and unfortunately there was no plunger in the unit. After contacting the front office I assumed this issue would be resolved in the next few hours. Wrong! When I arrived back from sight seeing and excursions, no one had entered the unit or even tried to assist. It took us reaching out a second time for anyone to even bring a plunger. I'm not sure I would stay here again, honestly.
