    "Check-in with staff member Mark Tomic was excellent. He was a great help throughout our stay giving us superior services! This was a Victorian building that was mostly restored. Mouldings were clearly original. They had been recently painted but showed some damage from time. Second only to the staff, the best feature of the hotel was the spa across the street. While all of the Laudinella hotels have access to the spa, it was closest to Reina Victoria. That spa is an excellent facility with several pools, jacuzzi, etc. "
