Beautiful restored mansion with great history and lots of ambiance. The exterior lighting (parking areas and walkways) was very poor. The walls need more soundproofing.

After staying there for four nights I found out why this beautiful hotel has only barely four stars! The walls are paper thin and you will not rest if next door people are up! My room was next to a court yard that had some table and chairs in it and very early morning few people hanging out there and carrying conversations loudly! Four night stay and only two coffee pouches and no room service insight, you would think they would think this through and leave few more ahead of time!

A historic building with a hotel wedged into it. The ground and service were nice. The room was small the reservation for 2 queens was ignored and the queen bed was a double. They did allow for a late cancellation of one room ( adult children backed out late).

Liked the location. Liked the room size. Liked the beds. Did not like the restaurant being opened only 3 days out of the 9 days we were there and not being notified by Travelocity before making the reservation about the restaurant being closed.
