We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were perfectly suited to our large group. Comfortable beds Beautiful pool side covered porch area was a favorite hang out space. We made the most of close proximity to beach and Siesta Key Village. Hope to come back.

We celebrated my 10 year breast cancer anniversary with family and friends. We loved the layout of the house, and the outdoor area was awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants and beach, and so nice to have chairs, wagon and a cooler to use.

This bright and sunny home was wonderful for our family vacation. Its exceptionally convenient location made back-and-forth trips to the village a breeze for our teens, allowing more time for us to relax while they ventured out for walks, coffee and snacks. We made many meals at the house and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The rooms were clean and simple and the en suite bathrooms in every room were a rare convenience. The host was incredibly responsive to every question and need when we reached out.

We were a group of 5 ladies staying at this house celebrating my sister's 60th birthday. The house was amazing!! There was an added bonus of an elevator which is always appreciated. Each room was bright and very roomy, each with an ensuite. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners provided plenty of chairs, coolers and 2 wagons for walking to the beach. Communication was very prompt prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this house for girls trip, families and just for getting away. It is within walking distance of shopping, restuarants, bars, market and anything else you may need. Thank you to Marcus and Nicki for an awesome house and excellent communication!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place. The house is perfect for a large group with multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. The lower level pool has a great hang out area where people can get sun, shade, or hang in pool. Rooftop is great for sunset/sunrise. Super convenient location around the corner from grocery store and village. Right down the street from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Recently had a 5 night stay at the Sand Dollar on Siesta with a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). It was fantastic! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and spacious! Fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels provided, and all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler)!! The location is perfect - a 2 min walk to the village, and a 7 min walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, with all linens provided. Nicki and Marcus were wonderful hosts, and very responsive. We hope to be back again soon...

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. There were 10 of us, ages 21- 79.A few of our highlights:POOL/HOT TUB/SEATINGPerfect temps and our families are huge football fans so we loved hanging in or by the pool with the games on the big screen.LOCATIONAcross the street from market (grocery store has everything and prices are reasonable)One block from the village! Great bars/restaurants and shopping.BEACH EQUIPMENTWe have always had to rent, so the chairs, carts, and cooler were a bonus. KITCHENHad everything we needed and the double dishwashers were great for our the continual cleanup. COFFEE BARThe upstairs bar area and seating was great for the 20 somethings to chill away from the parents.ELEVATORGreat for transporting the luggage up!ROOFTOPSuch a great view and another place to relax and soak up the sun.BEDROOMSStorage, Plenty of closet space and drawers in each room to unpack all suitcases.Bathrooms, designated bathroom for each room was a game changer!COMMUNICATIONNicki was very quick to respond, so friendly and helpful!

Friends/family vacation

Loved our stay at the 6 bedroom villa just steps from the Village. We were 2 families with 4 children in total. Each couple and child had their own spacious bedroom and bathroom - what a treat. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice - the pool was a great size with a large lounge area that we spent most of our evenings swimming and playing games. And to end the night we like to venture up at the roof deck to enjoy the breeze. As I mentioned before you are just steps to the village to go enjoy dinner, morning coffee, or to pick up supplies at the store. Very doable walk to the beautiful siesta key beach and the owners provide you very new beach chairs and wagons. Every time we had a question the owners responded immediately. Really appreciated their prompt responses. The only suggestions I would have them is provide some kitchen towels, a vacuum to help keep the floors clean, and some better beach and bath towels. But overall would still give it 5 stars.

The home was beautiful. We had a small group (5) and didn’t utilize all the house had to offer. It was a great layout for multiple families. It is walking distance to Siesta Key Village and the beach. We highly recommend Café Gabbiano and Parlor Doughnuts! We only stayed for 2 nights but felt very comfortable. Thank you Nicki for being a great host. We will keep this on our favorites list!

My sister and I planned a trip with our families, which included small children. We had the BEST time! The pool setup is amazing for adults and kids, as there is a covered area with couches, dining table, tv, and small kitchenette. This was great to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the sun while also getting shade for the kids. The accommodations and layout was perfect for our group, having each family have their own floor. It was so easy to walk into town or walk to the beach - we didn’t drive anywhere once we were there (besides our husbands taking a golf outing). Gilligan’s for live music on Saturday night was a highlight with the kids dancing and the band very interactive . Marcus and Nicki were very responsive and helpful during our stay. Fantastic hosts and beautiful home. I would recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely be back!
