The rooms were beautiful, nicely appointed and the courtyard/landscaping was just beautiful. Jenna was very accomodating, friendly and laid back. We had a wonderful stay and would return. The walk to the beach was beautiful and short as well. It was very quiet.

The lady in the office goes above and beyond to help. Great too see someone that truly loves there job. Great place to stay, we come every year. Truly no downside to this place plus the beach is minutes away!

The property is located towards the southern end of Siesta Key. It is within a 3-5 minute walk from the beach. You also have a 7Eleven and restaurants close by. Inside the hotel, you have everything you need in a kitchen. The mini suit is very cozy. The plantation blinds were broken... but everything else was in great working order. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress... it was horrible. I’m in need of a chiropractor! If it wasn’t for the mattress, it would had been perfect. You have gas grills at your disposal, and nice seating areas in a courtyard. It’s a nice hotel in a great location. I just hated the mattress!

We liked that it was quaint, tucked away, & kitchen ready. We weren't so fond of the pool being monopolized by families day & night.
