Very clean and modern room and amenities. Staff at the reception are very nice. Location is close to a train station so easy to get into central Vienna. Breakfast could be improved to offer eg scrambled eggs and more types of cold cuts as the price is very expensive for what it offers.

I was given an upgrade which was cool. But my mini fridge wasn’t working. I called them. No one came. Next day I told the front desk, they replaced it. Now it worked but was weak.
