The hotel is in a great location, we stayed 5 nights. There is a mall attached to the hotel with a variety of restaurants and mid price stores. It’s a wonderful respite from the busyness of places like Cocopark or street vending. We found ourselves ending our days there for evening walks or snacks. There is also a very vibrant area less than two miles away with a ton of local restaurants, and dessert shops. We were very happy with our room cleaning person, our rooms were always cleaned very well and early in the day so we got to enjoy it more. The hotel has a very nice bar and lounge area, Dukes and Perch, they are connected. Live jazz singer Fri/Sat nights. You had to go look for it, it’s tucked away on the 3rd floor. Breakfast had good offerings of east and west selections, but it was busy and the tables were crowded, not like the calm and peace you expect from a Langham.

The club lounge had a decent variety of food and drinks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and a great size for a family trip.

Club floor amenities and food is not as good and below expectation. Early closing hours for club lounge at 10pm every night including Christmas eve and Christmas day. Staff tried to be accommodate but hotel policy prohibits them to do it. At Club Lounge, no outside food is allowed. Even order McDonalds for 3yo kids also cannot. Maybe this hotel does not serve families with kids to stay here comfortably at Club Lounge. Will strongly reconsider if families with kids are to stay here at Club Lounge.

overall the stay was great. Room was clean with a bit of a smoker's scent but China, right? The only issue we had as a friends traveling was the "black-out" curtains in the room. Perhaps 80%, but I'd definitely expect this to be 100% at a hotel such as The Langham.
