"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask staff to turn on fans just so we could comfortably gather there. Guests should not have to request basic climate control. The condition of the room was equally concerning. The door lock did not function properly and had been secured with a zip tie, which raised serious safety and security concerns. The air vents in my room were covered in dust and dirt, indicating they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The bathtub was disgusting and appeared poorly maintained. The bathroom design created another hazard. The shower curtain was far too short, allowing large amounts of water to spill onto the tile floor during every shower. This left puddles throughout the bathroom and created a slippery, unsafe walking surface. Members of our group slipped multiple times because of the excessive water on the floor. Overall, this property appears to suffer from a lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."

"Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity."
